About:Dalons Brewery, founded in 2018 by Jonathan, Joris, and Thibaut in Saint-Denis, started in a small family garage and quickly became the first artisanal beer of the northern island. By 2020, growing demand led them to move to a larger production space to continue crafting quality beers enjoyed island-wide.
