PROJECT SUMMARY:

The idea for Bruman Craft already existed before using the 500L craft brewing equipment provided by MICET, but it was initially in the form of a homebrewing experiment. After testing the market, the Bruman team chose MICET to design a 500L two-stage microbrewery system based on their future production plans. The system include two vessel mashing system and a set of 500L fermentation tanks, allowing for flexible combinations of different brewing techniques and recipes to create delicious beers.
