PROJECT SUMMARY: Micet Group supplied Reigen Fermentation in Germany with a complete 800L open-top sake tank system for producing Japanese sake. The system also includes corresponding refrigeration and control systems. Designed and manufactured according to Reigen’s traditional brewing philosophy, results in a flavorful and aromatic sake.

ABOUT: sake brewed using the traditional Bodai-Moto method. This ancient fermentation technique creates especially complex and layered flavors — bolder and funkier than conventional sake. The result: handcrafted premium products that appeal to both sake enthusiasts and wine lovers alike.
Beyond sake, our range includes sake kasu and kasu-tori shochu (produced in collaboration with Freimeister), which both give new life to the flavorful sake lees left after pressing. Furthermore, we offer non-alcoholic sweet and savory amazake.
