PROJECT SUMMARY:
In 2021, MICET helped Saperlot Craft Brewery establish its own brewery project. The equipment includes a 2000L two-vessel mashing system with a customized grain hopper and an independent feed system, hot and cold water systems, with four 2000L fermentation tanks. It can stably produce 16,000L-32,000L of craft beer per month.
