SAS DWYN Brewing was founded by Max, a former marketing professional who discovered his passion for craft beer after encountering the Brasserie de la Matheysine brewery. To deepen his brewing expertise, Max trained at a craft brewery in Lyon before returning to his garage to develop microbrews through years of experimentation and continuous feedback. He was later joined by his cousin Paul, the brewery’s manager, whose deep passion for beer and meticulous research into hop aromas helped shape the brewery’s distinctive style. Together, they combine creativity, technical skill, and a shared love for craft beer to produce unique and characterful brews.
