VIBORG WHISKY DISTILLERY APS

PROJECT SUMMARY: In 2025, micet helped Viborg establish a complete 450L distillation line. From the fermentation tanks used in wash making to the final whisky distillation equipment, everything was custom-made according to the distiller’s opinions and ideas, as well as the site dimension. Blending traditional design and craftsmanship with modern production techniques, the equipment can efficiently produce unique whiskies in batches.

About: Viborg Whisky Distillery store whiskey barrels in Brygger Baur’s caves, where the Polish-born brewmaster Peter Bauer brewed Bavarian beer. They make whiskey and connect Viborg’s exciting history, explore and integrate local whisky technique to create unique flavors and a new chapter.
