Fully-automatic Brewing System

The automated system is easy to operate. It has an English touchscreen interface, intuitive parameter settings, and one-button process to start brewing. We will provide operation training and a user manual to help operators quickly master the system’s operation; no professional programming knowledge is required.

Yes, the system comes pre-loaded with standard recipes for classic beer styles like Pilsner, Pale Ale, and Porter. You can freely modify these existing recipes or create entirely new ones from scratch to develop your unique flavors.

Absolutely. The system records all process data for each batch and generates a report, which can be exported to Excel or PDF for analysis and recipe refinement.

We provide lifetime remote debugging support. The warranty covers electronic components for 1 year, and the tank body/equipment hardware for 5 years. For any replacement parts, we use air express shipping, typically arriving at your location within 7-10 days.

Yes, this system is designed for one-touch automated brewing. You pre-set all parameters (e.g., temperature steps, timings) in the control system. The “decision-making” for step changes is handled automatically by the system based on input from various intelligent sensors and probes, which control the pneumatic valves.

Yes, our fully automatic brewing system includes remote monitoring and control software compatible with PCs and mobile phones. This allows you to view the brewing/fermentation process and data from anywhere. You can also remotely adjust fermentation parameters to modify your recipes.

Generally, the brewing time for one batch with two 2 vessel brewhouse can be shortened to 5-6 hours, because manual operation of valves and pumps is reduced. With 3 vessel brewhouse, two batches can be started simultaneously, while AUTO1 is lautering, AUTO2 can begin mashing. The continuous brewing time for two batches is generally 10 hours, depending on the customer’s brewing process. With four vessels brewhouse, three batches can be brewed simultaneously, with a continuous brewing time of generally 12 hours. The total brewing time for four batches is generally 14 hours, depending on the customer’s brewing process. This not only improves brewing efficiency but also saves labor costs.

Yes, the fully automated brewing system can be operated semi-automatically (achieving segmented automatic control, such as automatic water mixing, automatic mashing, automatic filtration, automatic boiling, automatic cooling, etc., with each stage fully automated, starting the next stage after completing the previous one), and manually (each unit can also be manually operated on the touchscreen, such as valves, motors, pumps, and regulating valves); The functional configuration can be added or reduced according to the budget and brewer’s requirements.
