Pre-treatment System
Raw material handling equipment varies from different fruits, and usually includes washing machine, scraper elevator, de-stemmers & crushers, press or juice extractor, pulping machine, transfer/screw pump, etc.,
Fruit wines can be produced from both fresh apples and fruit juices. If the juice needs to be mixed before fermenting, you can use the mixing tank to adjust the composition and proportion of the juice. A mixing tank usually consists of tank body, agitator, inlet and outlet, temperature control system, liquid level display and other parts.

The dimpled cooling jacket of the wine fermentation tank increases the contact area between the heat exchange fluid and the tank body. Whether it is necessary to cool or heat, the dimpled cooling jacket can respond quickly and accurately control the temperature of the fermentation tank.
For large fruit wine fermenters, the disc belt structure ensures the heat exchange effect and at the same time, due to its structural characteristics, it is able to meet the cooling or warming needs of large tanks
