15BBL brewery project, 2 vessel brewhouse steam heated, double brewed 30BBL hot liquor tank to make sure the water prepared enough for mashing and sparging use and brew twice the same day, the 30bbl CLT will be used to cool wort, there is 5 of 30bbl fermenters 6pcs to fill two times a day, and the storage tanks are used to do special beer that needs longer time after fermenting.
